Break the chocolate into a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, until it melts.

Spoon out the avocado in a blender or food processor, add the bananas, honey and melted chocolate. Blend the ingredients until smooth.

Transfer the mixture into a bowl and cover with cling film, letting it cool down in the fridge for 20 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whisk the whipping cream until firm peaks form, then transfer the avocado mixture and incorporate it at low speed. Cover the bowl with cling film and put it in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
