We’ll need the following ingredients for these flourless oat cookies:

Blitz the oat flakes in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Alternatively, use oat flour.

In a bowl, press down the bananas with a fork until they turn into a purée. Fold in the oat flour, stir, then add the peanut butter, coconut flakes, spices and fruits.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 180° . Wet your hands and start shaping up the biscuits. Drop a couple of pieces of chocolate on top of them or some chocolate chips.

Bake for 25 minutes, then using a spoon, spread the melted chocolate on top of them. Optionally, top with dried raspberries and peanut butter.
