200 ml cooking white wine

200 g greek yogurt

Place in a shallow ovenproof dish, drizzle the oil and place the lemon slices into the cuts. Scatter the mushrooms over the fish, pour in the wine and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through. Test by piercing a thick area of the trout with the tip of a knife, the flesh should flake easily. |
